
Subtle Energy Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic practice that blends the ancient wisdom of yoga with the restorative power of energy medicine to foster deep healing, renewal, and reconnection with your body, mind, and spirit. This integrative approach invites you to experience yourself as a unified field of consciousness, where the physical body is simply the densest aspect of your energy in motion.

When chronic pain, illness, trauma, or emotional overwhelm disrupts the natural flow of energy, it can become stagnant or constricted. Subtle Energy Yoga gently creates spaciousness within your body, cells, and energy systems—such as chakras, nadis, meridians, and the bioenergetic (auric) field—allowing energy to move freely again.

Using subtle energy techniques, mindful movement, breath, relaxation, and guided energy healing meditations, we harmonize internal and external energy flows, fostering both physiological and energetic resilience.
