Online Community Classes are offered free of charge until the Wednesday 17th December. Each class weaves together gentle yoga, subtle energy techniques, healing, and relaxation — offering a restorative practice that nourishes your body, calms your mind, and reconnects you with your inner energy.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least an hour before the class start time to avoid the class being deducted from your pass. Last minute cancelations and those made less than an hour before class may be deducted from your pass.
