Welcome, I'm Anna
I created The Subtle Way as a quiet sanctuary for healing, awakening, and soulful reconnection. This is a space dedicated to exploring the invisible currents of subtle energy and how they gently shape every layer of who we are: body, heart, mind, and spirit.
As an Energy Medicine Practitioner and Yoga Instructor, I offer two complementary paths:

Private sessions – pure energy work. Deep, still, and profoundly restorative. No movement required; we simply allow subtle energy to release, rebalance, and renew you exactly as you are.

Classes & group experiences – the beautiful weaving of yoga and subtle energy techniques. Gentle, flowing, and designed to help you feel both grounded in your body and open to the deeper currents within.
Both paths are rooted in the same intention: to meet you with compassion and guide you back to your natural state of harmony, resilience, and inner clarity.

Personalised energy medicine sessions in which I work intuitively and respectfully with your energy field to dissolve stagnation, clear stored stress, emotional residue, and energetic interference patterns so your body can finally rest, repair, and regulate itself again.

A nurturing blend of gentle yoga and energy medicine. Practices are interwoven with subtle energy techniques to release stagnation, soothe your nervous system, and awaken natural flow. You’ll leave feeling both deeply rested and quietly alive.
