• 10 × 90-minute private energy healing sessions (moving at the exact pace your body and life need — some weeks we meet, some weeks we rest and integrate. The container stays gently open for 5 months, so there’s never any rush or “falling behind”.)

• Each session fully tailored to what your system needs that day — deep clearing, nervous-system regulation, emotional release, or simple restful holding

• Priority voice-note, text, & email support between sessions so you’re never alone with what arises

• Personalised practices and guidance designed just for you

• 5 months' full access to all current and future Self-paced Programmes (gentle restorative yoga, meditations, energy activations, bed-friendly, chair-friendly, low-energy-day safe) — so you can keep weaving these nurturing practices into your life and deepen the integration of your sessions.
