Infra-Low Brainwave Meditation for Deep Stress Relief

If you’ve been feeling stressed lately, you’re not alone. For many of us, the past few months have felt like one challenge after another—and even when we try to relax, it can feel like something inside us is still on high alert.
I’ve personally noticed my own stress responses getting triggered more often. There’s a sensation—like unresolved tension—that seems to build up beneath the surface. And even with rest or meditation, that lingering sense of “something” can still remain.
That’s because some forms of stress live deep in the brain and body, below our usual awareness. They don’t always respond to traditional relaxation techniques. But there is a gentle, effective way to reach those deeper layers—and that’s what this new meditation is all about.
🌿 What Are Infra-Low Brainwaves?
In this video, I guide you through a simple but powerful meditation that works with Infra-Low brainwave frequencies—the slowest rhythms of brain activity, operating below 0.1 Hz. These are often called foundational frequencies.
Unlike the more familiar Delta, Theta, Alpha, or Beta waves, Infra-Low frequencies are “substates”. They form the underlying rhythm of the brain’s activity and have a direct influence on:
Nervous system regulation
Sleep patterns
Cognitive function
Deep stress and trauma held in the body
These waves are thought to carry the chemical signatures of deeply held stress, including inherited trauma patterns. When these frequencies are out of balance, we can remain in a physiological state of stress—even after meditation or self-care practices.
✨ Why This Meditation Helps
By gently tuning into these foundational rhythms, we can support a true whole-system reset. This practice isn’t about effort or discipline—it’s about awareness, energy, and allowing the body to unwind naturally from the inside out.
We’re working with the principle that “where the mind goes, energy follows.” This is subtle energy medicine in action—quiet, intuitive, and deeply healing.
🧘♀️ How to Prepare for the Meditation
I encourage you to:
Find a safe, quiet space where you can lie down comfortably.
Let go of any pressure to “do it right”—just allow yourself to be guided.
Stay in the meditation as long as it feels supportive.
This practice is designed to help your body and brain remember how to feel safe, grounded, and deeply at ease.
