Dropping In: Awareness Meditation for Fatigue, Anxiety & Emotional Overwhelm

Lately, I’ve been moving through a particularly intense chapter—dealing with iron deficiency, hormonal shifts, deep fatigue, and a surge of emotional turbulence. It’s the kind of experience that pulls everything into question… when even the tools and practices that usually support me just don’t seem to touch the edges.

Maybe you know this feeling too—when you’re doing everything "right" but still feel exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or emotionally raw. When your body feels heavy and your spirit a little distant. When you’re simply too tired to keep pushing through.

In times like this, I return to one simple but powerful practice: awareness.

This guided meditation is something I do every day—and I lean into it even more when life feels overwhelming. It’s a soft place to land when I can’t fix what’s happening, but I can still meet it with presence. It helps me step back from the struggle, reconnect with the quiet presence that underlies it all, and soften into the moment—just as it is.

🌿 In this meditation, we explore:– Releasing identification with thoughts, emotions, and physical states– Resting in awareness as our true nature– Softening resistance to what is– Reclaiming moments of spaciousness, even in difficulty

Whether you’re living with chronic illness, hormonal challenges, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm, I hope this practice offers you a moment of relief and connection.

Please feel free to share your experience or reach out if something in this practice resonates with you. Sometimes the most powerful healing begins by simply remembering: you are not alone.
