The human energy field — also known as the biofield, the aura, or the luminous body — is the vast, living field of energy and information that surrounds and interpenetrates your physical body. It is not separate from you. It is part of you — holding the imprints of everything you have experienced, everything you have felt, and everything that has been passed down to you. The human energy field includes several interconnected subtle energy systems: The biofield / auric field — all the layers of your energetic field surrounding and interpenetrating the physical body Chakras — energy centres that receive, process, and transmit energy throughout your field and your physical body Nadis and meridians — the energy channels through which subtle energy flows Together these systems hold far more of who you are than the physical body alone. When they are clear, balanced, and flowing freely — you feel it. When they are blocked, depleted, or carrying interference — you feel that too.

Subtle energy is not limited by physical distance. The human energy field extends beyond the physical body and can be worked with effectively regardless of where you are in the world. In a remote session, I tune into your energy field from a distance — in exactly the same way I would in person. The work is identical. Many clients find that remote sessions are just as powerful, and sometimes more so, because they can receive the work in the comfort and safety of their own space. All that is required is a quiet place where you won't be disturbed, somewhere comfortable to lie down during the energy work, and a phone or internet connection for our initial conversation.
