To feel genuine connection without the creeping anxiety of wondering whether you are too much, not enough, or somehow responsible for how everyone else in the room is feeling.
And there is a particular kind of silence that lives in the throat.
The words that never quite made it out. The boundaries that were felt but never spoken. The truth that was swallowed so many times it began to feel like it didn't exist.
