Lately I've been moving through a particularly intense chapter — dealing with iron deficiency, hormonal shifts, deep fatigue, and a surge of emotional turbulence. It's the kind of experience that pulls everything into question — when even the tools and practices that usually support me just don't seem to touch the edges.
Maybe you know this feeling too. When you're doing everything right but still feel exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or emotionally raw. When your body feels heavy and your spirit a little distant. When you're simply too tired to keep pushing through.
In times like this, I return to one simple but powerful practice — awareness.
Awareness Meditation for Fatigue, Anxiety & Emotional Overwhelm — A Soft Place to Land
This guided awareness meditation for fatigue and anxiety is something I do every day — and lean into even more when life feels overwhelming. It's a soft place to land when I can't fix what's happening, but I can still meet it with presence.
It helps me step back from the struggle, reconnect with the quiet presence that underlies it all, and soften into the moment — just as it is.
Whether you're living with chronic illness, hormonal challenges, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or simply the accumulated weight of a difficult season — I hope this practice offers you a moment of relief and connection.
What This Awareness Meditation Explores

Sometimes the most powerful healing begins by simply remembering — you are not alone in this.
If this practice opens something that feels like it needs more support, I'm here. Subtle energy healing sessions work directly with the energetic and emotional layers beneath fatigue, anxiety, and overwhelm — supporting your system to settle, release, and restore.
