Regrounding After Concussion: Subtle Energy Yoga Practice for Healing

Recently, my Mum experienced a concussion. As she navigated her recovery, she shared that she was feeling ungrounded, foggy, and emotionally unsettled. This inspired me to create a gentle, energy-aware yoga practice to help her reconnect with her body and support her healing.

After a head injury or trauma, the nervous system can remain in a heightened state of alert—often making it hard to feel calm, present, or balanced.
